Module 3 · Late · Not delivered

Paid for 12 o'clock, delivered at 2:07 p.m. The money is yours.

For late standard packages, no carrier in the DACH region issues a refund. For missed time windows, services not provided, and packages that never arrived, they do. Nymil identifies every case from the protocol and claims the money on your behalf – within deadlines.

What Nymil does

Step by step

Time window

Express, Guaranteed, Scheduled delivery

DPD 8:30/10/12/18, GLS Guaranteed24 and Express, UPS Express family, DHL Express 9/10:30/12. Nymil knows the target delivery, compares with delivery scan and checks exclusion reasons before claiming.

  • UPS Express products with service guarantee: shipping costs, claim within 15 days
  • DHL Express: surcharge, 14 days from shipment, claim from your account
  • DPD/GLS: surcharge, via claim to carrier
Not delivered

"Delivered" but nothing there

Drop-off without permission, unknown neighbor, illegible signature. Nymil obtains the digital recipient declaration, requests proof of delivery from the carrier and claims item value plus postage if the carrier can't provide it.

  • Recipient declaration via link, digitally signed, with timestamp
  • Proof of delivery request as first step, not last
Service

Paid, not provided

Signature service without signature, Saturday delivery on Monday, scheduled time ignored, date requirement missing and the carrier automatically charges the more expensive product. Each of these cases is visible in the protocol and claimed as a line item.

  • GLS signature service: delivery scan without signature – Nymil claims the surcharge back
  • Rule: date product charged even though none was ordered
Deadlines

The actual lever

14 days from shipment with DHL Express. 15 days from target delivery with UPS. 21 days notice under HGB. 30 days objection for DHL invoices. Nymil shows you each week what expires and submits on time.

  • Deadline monitor per carrier and case
  • Pre-filled claim, one click to approve or fully automatic

And after

What happens after the case

Carrier responds, Nymil monitors

Approvals, rejections, follow-up questions arrive by email. Nymil classifies them, submits missing documents and escalates rejections with reasoning – up to batch claim.

Credit note is booked

Promised amounts are reconciled with the next carrier invoice. If the credit note is missing, a reminder goes out.
