  • High / medium / low confidence score – you set the threshold
Customer

Questions in their language, not yours

Missing information: the customer gets a link with a pre-filled form: "Is this your address? Which house number?" In German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, English and five other languages. The answer goes straight into the order.

  • Response rate in-house: most customers answer the same day
  • No answer after 48 hours: reminder, then escalation to you
Label

An extra label the driver understands

A6 label with photo of the entrance, delivery note ("Entrance in courtyard, ring Dubois"), opening times for companies and QR code to a driver page with map. Print from your packing station or as PDF.
